These Terms of Service govern your use of Perch Home, an iPad app for displaying household information such as weather, calendars, photos, Apple Home devices, cameras, reminders, and guest Wi-Fi details.
Use of the app
Perch Home is intended for personal household use. You are responsible for the information you choose to configure and display in the app, including any Wi-Fi credentials, calendar data, photos, reminders, and smart home information shown on your device.
Google Calendar
If you connect a Google account, Perch Home uses read-only Google Calendar access to fetch calendar lists and events for display in the app. The app does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events. You can disconnect Google Calendar in the app settings or revoke access from your Google account settings.
Third-party services
Perch Home may use third-party services to provide app features and improve reliability, including Google Calendar, Apple WeatherKit, TelemetryDeck, and Sentry. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Perch Home accesses, how it is used, and how third-party services are involved.
Availability and changes
Perch Home is provided as available. Features may change, stop working, or be removed over time, including where third-party services change their APIs, terms, or availability.
No warranty
Perch Home is provided without warranties of any kind. The app should not be used for emergency, security-critical, medical, or safety-critical purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perch Home and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
