My calendar events are not showing up
For Apple Calendar, make sure Perch Home has permission: go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars and confirm Perch Home is enabled. Then open Perch Home settings and check that the correct calendars are selected.
For Google Calendar, open Perch Home settings, go to the Calendar widget, and reconnect your Google account. If you recently changed your Google password, you may need to sign out and sign back in.
The weather is showing the wrong location
Open Perch Home settings and select the Weather widget. You can update your city there. The location is set during onboarding and can be changed at any time.
How do I disconnect Google Calendar?
Open Perch Home settings, go to the Calendar widget, and tap Disconnect Google Account. Your Google credentials are removed from the device immediately.
How do I start setup over?
Open Perch Home settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap Reset to clear your configuration and return to the onboarding flow.
